Contractor’s Obligations and Liability in practical terms is an online training that covers the responsibilities and obligations of the buyer and contractor, from the point of the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out in Finland. The training introduces the law and its requirements with easy-to-understand, practical examples.

After completing the training you will

Information about the training

  • The duration of the training is about 1,5 hours, depending on your own pace of progress
  • After purchasing the training, you will have access to the training platform for 30 days
  • You can study when it suits you best, at your own pace
  • The training is divided into four parts and after each part, there is a test to reinforce learning
  • There is a final test at the end of the training. After passing the final test you can download a certificate of the training
  • The certificate is valid for two years from the date of completion
  • After logging in to the training, you can print a Checkfin checklist and a list of useful links to sites where you can learn more about the subject, to support you in bringing what you are about to learn into practice.
